Jeff has been in the advertising industry for over 30 years.

He began his career at a field office of Bozell and Jacobs working on the Mobil Oil account. He then spent the next 24 years as an original Partner at Crispin, Porter + Bogusky where he last served as Global Vice Chairman/Managing Partner. Jeff was instrumental in growing the agency from 40 employees to a staff of 1,250 in eight offices around the globe. He opened CPB LA in 2001, CPB Boulder in 2006, CPB Stockholm in 2008 and CPB London in 2010. Jeff was a key force in helping shape the agency's legendary creative reputation. During his tenure the agency was named Agency of the Year nine times over a 15-year period. And Ad Age named them Agency of the Decade in 2010. CPB was also named the most awarded agency in the world six years in a row by The Gunn Report.

Some of the accounts Jeff led and managed include American Express, Domino's, Charles Schwab, Best Buy, BMW's MINI, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, IKEA, Best Buy, Molson, Virgin Atlantic, Coke Zero, Sprite, Arby's, Method home products, Applebee's, Microsoft, truth, Nike, Under Armour, Fruit of the Loom and hotels.com. Jeff personally hired 725 account people over the years and taught them how to sell the best work possible. The accounts he personally directed won 24 Lions at the Cannes Festival for Creativity.

Jeff has been an EFFIES Finals judge six times in NY and has served on several university Boards including the University of Miami, the University of Colorado and the VCU Brandcenter where he was Chairman and a Board member for 14 years.
